arjunThe emissions impact of electric vehicles is much lower than petrol or diesel vehicles. The wheels of an electric vehicle can be powered by around 60% of the electrical energy from the grid, while the wheels of a petrol or diesel car can only be powered by about 17%-21% of the fuel’s energy.
